Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bearbottom gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Our process is designed to be as comfortable and straightforward as our clothing.

Return Process

  Visit the Portal

  Head over to our online Return Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your experience.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
